trompè

replaces trompe, conjugation of the present tense of the verb tromper, when used in the interrogative verb form. It is then followed by the conjugation pronoun je, joined by a hyphen. The ending of the 1st person singular being a 'mute e', it is replaced by 'é' or 'è' i.e. an accented 'e'.
