Fidèle

a faithful person (from Latin fidelis) is, strictly speaking, a person who adheres to a religion and practices it and who, consequently, possesses or seeks faith. More generally, the adherence can be towards a secular cause or another person. By extension, faithful has become synonymous with conforming, identical to a model.
